Sukesh's letter says Jacqueline is innocent, the actress's lawyer pleads with the ED to investigate in the right way

Sukesh Chandrasekhar is ashamed of Jacqueline Fernandez's plight.  Conman is worried even in captivity.  He claims that the name of the actress has been included unnecessarily.  Just harassment.  There was no need for so much.  Sukesh submitted all the statements in a letter through his lawyer to the court last week.  Jacqueline's lawyer Prashant Patil responded to the letter.  He claims that the client is innocent.  He said that he will fight till the end to save the honor of the actress.

  • What's the story?

Jacqueline is in no way involved in the Rs 200 crore fund embezzlement case.  Jailer Sukesh Chandrasekhar wanted to clarify by sending a letter through the lawyer.  Sukesh claims that everything from expensive cars to gifts to financial transactions are given to Jacqueline out of love.  They were in a relationship.  Is it unusual to give gifts there?  Sukesh revealed much more in the lengthy letter, which came out on October 23.  In view of that letter, Jacqueline's lawyer said, "If this letter is written by Sukesh, then all the allegations against Jacqueline should be re-investigated as per his demand.  Let ED do it.  If necessary, Sukesh's recorded statement be used as evidence.  The path of truth must go!  The purpose of the investigation is to uncover the truth.”  Prashant also said that he knows for sure that Jacqueline is innocent.

In that letter, Sukesh said, "Jacqueline's involvement in this is an unfortunate incident.  As I said before, we were in a relationship.  I gave her and his family a present.  Could it be their fault?  Jacqueline never wanted anything but love from me.  She said to stay by.  Every penny, which I spent to gift them, was from legitimate income.  I have given proof of that in the court before.

  • What's next?
