After becoming the owner of Twitter, Musk fired many executives including CEO Parag Agarwal!

Elon Musk has completed the deal to buy Twitter.  And soon after the deal was done, Musk fired Twitter CEO, Parag Agarwal.  This is claimed in a CNBC report.  Not only CEO Parag, Twitter's Chief Financial Officer Ned Seygal, CFO and Legal Head Vijaya Gadde were also fired by Elon Musk.  Earlier Elon Musk accused Parag Agarwal of tampering with evidence.

  • What's the story?

Incidentally, Elon Musk was trying to cancel the deal with Twitter.  The matter has even reached the court.  After that, he recently announced that he is willing to buy Twitter as previously announced.  In this situation, Elon Musk completed the agreement to buy Twitter.  Earlier, Tesla CEO Elon Musk accused Twitter of fraud.  Musk alleged that Twitter misled him about the company during the $44 million deal.  In this situation, Twitter filed a lawsuit against Musk to complete the contract without canceling it.

What did Musk say as the reason for breaking the contract?  Elon Musk asked Twitter to disclose information about fake or spam accounts.  Twitter authorities failed to properly respond to his queries.  And that's why the Tesla leader claimed to cancel the contract.  He also said that he will not sign the contract if the bots and spam accounts are not disposed of on Twitter.  This leads to bitterness between Parag Agarwal and Mask.  In the end, Musk fired Parag from his job as the owner of the company.

  • What's next?

Meanwhile, several reports earlier claimed that Elon Musk would lay off 75 percent of the company's workforce after becoming the owner of Twitter.  However, Musk assured the employees about the jobs when he visited the company's headquarters in San Francisco.  He said there is no possibility of layoffs as a result of his Twitter acquisition.  Meanwhile, Elon Musk changed his 'bio' last Wednesday and wrote, 'Chief Tweet'.  From this it becomes clear that he himself is going to be the head of the organization.
